| Traits of Dragon kids. ( how to spot a Baby Dragon) I would like to take a little time and offer up a short article on Dragon children. Most of all the information i have offered here, is always for adults, who are in the proccess of recognizing their own Dragon way. But there are dragon Children here. Some of the Dragons have dragon Kids in their family, either their own , or grand kids. It isn't easy, let me tell ya. It can be a challenge to raise a Dragon Soul. I hope to offer a over view, for recognizing, encouraging, and dealing with Dragon soul children. I hope it helps a bit. A dragon child, like an adult , has certain characteristics , that identify them. All dragon souls, develop rapidly, they will have advanced learning and achievement milestones. It will seem like they already knew the skill before being shown or taught. This is an example of Dragon remembering. Dragons become verbal and mobile, mostly before the end of their first year! my oldest was cruising early and speaking before she was a year old. She never crawled. Dragons have an intense need to explore their worlds , and as children this becomes apparent and unfortunately, it can be hazzardous! As dragon kids will take off exploring, to satisfy their abundant curiousity. Special care is required in watching them, they are slippery and quiet. They do think things thru and plan well! My oldest used to take her baby brother out to feel the rain! Needless to say, i had to install hooks way up high on the screen doors to keep them inside. They really need to know and understand that others comprehend them , their actions and their own words well. As they age, this does level off quickly , as they develop. Once their verbal skills start churning, they will be off, and expressing themselves well. OR talking your ear off. Dragons are very stubborn and willful . They want what they want, when they want it. I am sorry to say, this trait lingers into adulthood. Dragon children will be demanding and have their own mind. And be amazed that you dont see things the same way, or understand their reasoning!. It can be very flustrating for a parent of a Dragon soul. I have to smile , when i see a dragon child. I smile at their ways, and smile in understanding with the parent. Life is a challenge. As you can guess, the parenting of a dragon soul is not easy. Special understanding is required. Actually i find education the best way to deal with a child. If we understand them , who they are, why they act as they do , we can balance it out. Dragons require special handling , for lack of a better word. They are sensory intense. They love bright , vivid colors, loud music, textural stimulation ans sensations. Dragon kids will require special toys and tools to develop their sensory experiences. These sensory experiences lead into their development of their astral , and mental skills for later in life. As adults, dragons are sensualist, they find pleasure in many experiences, that are layered in their intensity. Dragons require comfort. They will seek comforting experiences, especially if sad or hurt. A soft comforter. A comfy t shirt or flannel shirt. A mom's warm holding arms. Stroking fingers in the hair, before sleep. Soothing things, soft music, or moms voice, soft lights. Dragon kids will seek a healing or soothing touch. They will reach outward as well to others. They like a physical connection. When asking questions,. some will literally reach out and touch another to make a connection deeper, as they speak. I have even seen dragon kids, literally move a persons face, so they are looking directly at them. They do this to be perfectly clear and open when speaking. Dragon souls have vivid imaginations. They love grand adventures, bore easily, and seek activity constantly. When a dragon child is still, take their temperature. Not that they dont sit still, they do , but even while sitting, their lil bodies can be moving, their legs are swinging, or they are doing somethin with their hands. They develop the ability to multi task very early , and the ability will grow, as they grow. They are born independant , and when they take a notion, pow, off they go to explore it! Some times, they will close their eyes and tilt their heads to explore in their minds, instead of relying solely on their sight. You may see them running their hands or fingers over things, feeling the texture, or temperature. Dragons experience things on many levels at once. visually, mentally, and sensorily. Dragons have vivid imaginations. We must balance the imagination with tempering. Stories are fine and encouraged, but truth is paramount! Most dragon children do understand the need for honesty. Dragon souls do have " imaginary friends" that they speak of and play with. Parents need to realise, that children do see and hear more then we do as adults. Their mind waves are still in the alpha state. Therefore they are more open to fluctuations in the energy fields, and cross over from one plane to another. So literally , they could be speaking of , or playing with astral or elemental beings. Most dragon souls have astral dragons as play mates and more importantly , as guardians. These beings are very protective of Dragon children. Dragon children are very outgoing, out spoken and fearless , to people and situations. Last summer as i observed a young dragon child ( age three), take off down a pitch black, forest path with only a tiny flashlight, i was amazed at her bravery. then i looked closer and i understood it. She was not alone in her walking, and she knew it. her astral guardians were right there, on both sides, step for step . Her bravery comes from the certainty of her not being alone. We may not see them, but she feels them and sees them. She doesnt fear. She is not alone. That realisation brought a tear to my eye! To have that kind of unwavering faith. So of course this leads to dragons being impulsive! They react quickly and act impulsively, some times on instinct. This trait too shall linger into adult hood, especially for males. Althought females can be just as impulsive at times, males are more adventurous as adults. They are the risk takers. All dragon kids have a artistic or creative side. Always let them explore it, as music or art, or the act of creating, stimulates the mind. The more we stimulate it, the more it expands. Art work is a lovey outlet for young dragons! They can express themselves in paint, or paper. My youngest has been writing stories since before she could write. She would draw pictures and tell us her stories. She still does it to this day, and she is now eleven and wishes to write books. The sex of the dragon child will contribute to their behaviors as well. Females will behave somewhat differently. The males will be more reserved, they watch and observe, waiting and learning. Whereas a female will quickly take in the situation and jump in! I hope some of the things i offer can help you decide if your child is dragon. I also hope i can offer understanding for you as the parent, and for them as the dragon child. It's not easy either way! the parent gets flustered at times. the child is flustered alot! But knowledge and understanding goes a long way in hleping both find their way. Many blessings of the One, Blue |
