TRAITS OF THE DRAGON

I have had many people ask me, how do you know you are dragon? What let you know? Well, I have decided to address this here.See no one thing jumped out at me, grabbed me and told me! It is an accumlative process of recognizing a nature. To recognise self. To be honest with yourself, see these traits and admit , I am dragon, this is what I am!

People have many views on dragons, ranging from Fairy tales to myths, love to scorn or out right disbelief. This does not bother me, as I am used to it by now.But I want to share here the traits of the Dragon. So maybe it can answer questions for others who are searching. Because we all must be true to ourselves, our nature. To not recognize nature ,to deny ones self causes stress, insecurities, imbalances in life. Who needs that? So to all who have asked me, here are the Traits of the Dragon.

Dragons are usually very intelligent individuals with a hunger for knowledge.

Dragons are aggressive in most matters, life, love, work.

Dragons have control issues, we love to be in control of situation.

Dragons are touched by music, can be obsessive about it.

We bore easily, tending to get into project after project.

We multitask, doin several things at once seeing it as a challenge to keep up!

Dragons tend to need a lot of attention and have a very high sexual drive.

We are intense individuals who usually reach out and make contact when speaking, direct eye contact a must, to gauge truth.

Dragons tend to be self absorbed at times, demanding, needing.

Dragons usually are empathetic, feeling for others, very intense, sensitive to touch.

Dragons are creative, fearless, brash, straight foreward, arguementative at times, love a good debate.

Dragons have latent talent for magick and astral projection, comes naturally usually just needs triggered.

We tend to be humorous, causing laughter brings us joy.

Dragons have a sharp tongue, dry wit and are sarcastic.

We are sentimental, loving, defensive, giving, nurturing, conflictin creatures!

I guess the best way to describe dragons is the word intense. We are more intense, feeling more, seeing more, needing more.We set ourselves on eternal quest for knowledge and truth. Seek out our pleasures, our dreams our ambitions, fight for them if we must, and hold tight.Oh and by the way, yes dragons growl often and loudly, lol, we are verbal complainers. We let people know not so quietly that we are not amused, or that we are annoyed. We do not hold it in to simmer, we let it fly!But we do have a conscious, we see ramifications of our actions. We have our morals, a code to live by, and usually walk the fine line.Justice is important. We learn, we teach, we move foreward hoping to take some with us along the way.

Dragons are not easy to live with! If you have a restless mate, check the list above see if any of these things apply. To recognize a nature is to free onesself from a inner bondage.Like a pressure release .

Dragons are deep, a little obsessive, very giving, lovable cantankerous, confusing creatures. Dragons are wonderful watch dogs, marvelous lovers, but difficult mates! We tend to be very very demanding of time energy and love.We can never have enough time attention or affection.Herein lies a problem for dragons. A good match for a dragon is probably not another dragon!lol, as we are so demanding, insueing arguements are a given!

A good balance must be achieved for the dragon to be truly happy. They must feel important, loved, needed, cared for and appreciated. Yes we tend to think it's all about us! Hey atleast we are honest ! Blatently honest to a fault usually. If you do not want an honest answer, do not ask a dragon.

To explain all the ways of the Dragon is hard! I have tried to be honest and list as many as i can think of.Some of the traits are not too flattering, I admit. But hey we must be honest, being a Dragon is not easy. We do not choose to be dragon, we are born this way.We must learn to deal with it, learn to control weaker traits, use control, restraint. Is not easy road to follow, but it has many rewards also. We do strive to help others, to shareDr with others what we can, to achieve what we must to move us one step closer to the ONE.For we know we are all part of the ONE.We will through learning, sacrifice and growing, evolve, move closer to perfection which is the ONE.

Blessings, Blue
